General Terms and Conditions of Service
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please read the terms and conditions set out in these general Conditions of Service
carefully before proceeding to formalise the agreement and subscribe to the service. Accepting these Terms
and Conditions and subscribing to the service means you have read and understood the content of the clauses
contained herein. Likewise, you understand and accept that the contents of the Web page and the service offered -
Minibarra.com - is of a commercial nature.
- I am over 18 or I am authorised by my parents to use said service and I agree to the general conditions of service described here and I wish to continue with the registration.
1.- This agreement is defined as the General Conditions of Service for the service offered by Minibarra.com Axel Burillo Purcet (CIF: B97973846, c/biscaia 427, 1 1). Its aim and conditions are described below. To register with the service, you must read and complete the Registration Form.
2.- The services included in these web pages imply a commercial agreement. Consequently, this service is aimed at people OVER 18 years of age or who have prior authorisation from their parents to use the service, and it is regulated by the conditions established in the present contract.
3.- Minibarra offers its services for an unlimited period.
4.- To register with the service, your personal details are requested and collected through the Registration Form. All personal information provided shall be treated in accordance with Law 5/1992, dated October 29, dealing with Control of Automated Processing of Personal Data. In any case personal details shall not be disclosed in any case except in compliance with legal requirements or orders issued by public authorities.
5.- You shall be able to change or delete the personal details you provide us through your members’ area. Minibarra.com takes responsibility for the data file of all subscribers to the service and agrees to allow you access to your own data on request.
6.- The user of the service specifically agree not to impute any liability whatsoever to in those in charge of Minibarra.com. Likewise, the user agrees that the service providers shall not be liable for loss or damages resulting from any errors, delays or problems accessing the web site Minibarra.com. The user agrees to hold the Minibarra.com website harmless from any claims and expenses.
7.- Given the immaterial nature and type of service offered by Minibarra.com, subscribers to the Minibarra.com service accept they may encounter problems and/or faulty operation in communications with the Minibarra.com web site. Subscribers accept that Minibarra.com does not offer any guarantee, in terms of usage or results, or the reliability or current nature of Minibarra.com.
9.- The user shall be responsible for identifying themselves and logging in to Minibarra services. Identification consists of a username and password automatically created by the system and chosen of the user’s own volition.
10.- Users with duplicated accounts or systems for generating money without viewing Minibarra.com shall have their accounts terminated.
11.- These General Conditions of Service are subject to change without Minibarra.com being required to warn or notify users.
12.- Members wishing to cancel their contract with this service must do it through the Unsubscribe option in the members’ area.
13.- In the event of litigation between the user and Minibarra.com, it shall be subject to Spanish law, and the jurisdiction of Barcelona Courts and Tribunals.
